North Warwickshire Citizens Advice Bureau

North Warwickshire CAB provides impartial, independent and free advice services for people living and working in North Warwickshire. if you come to the bureau for advice or information you will initially see one of our trained volunteers who will asses your enquiry in an interview lasting for approximately 10 minutes. We will then decide whether you need a generalist advice appoitment or a referral to a specialist in the bureau or elsewhere. We may provide you with assisted information.

We offer advice to clients in person, over the telephone, and by email. We also operate an outreach session in Coleshill, as well as the Branching Out Bus, which visits the local villages of Kingsbury, Wood End, Hurley, Hartshill, Mancetter, New Arley, Ansley Village, Dordon and Polesworth.

We currently have over forty fully-trained staff and volunteers who operate in a wide variety of roles.

We are a fully independent registered charity with our own Trustee Board.
